
WFLM Radio Submissions Bands Wishing to Submit Music EPK ( Electronic Press Kit ) send all epks/mp3's to us @ submissions@wflmradio.com If you would like to send a hard copy press kit Please email us @ admin@wflmradio.com Bands PLEASE make sure your Tracks are Tagged properly Tagging/Labeling your music files 1.Go to the file highlight & right click on the file and go to properties 2.Once in properties in the top box put the band name - then song title 3.Go to the Summery Tab at the top click it then click the advanced Button 4.There you will see the words Music track info staring with Artist ( Double click the open space by each word in the open white space to add the track info) Artist - here type in the band name 5.Album title - album title / CD Title 6.Year - the year the track was recorded 7.Track number - the number order the track is on the cd 8.Genre - your music Genre 9.Lyrics - you can add your lyrics here if you choose to most bands dont 10.Where you see the description box go to Title this is where the song name goes. 11.Comments - you can add if you choose too. 12.The origin and audio is normally automatically formated by the program your using we require a Minimum of 128kbs 44.1 kHz Stereo for best broadcast quality Attention Bands: If you would like to submit music to a specific DJ Please check the DJ Page for each DJ's Genre Preferences Then go to the Contact Us Page for the DJ's Emails Please note it may take up to two weeks for your music to be placed into rotation. Also we have had bands ask us to tell them the days and times their music will be played due to licensing regulations we CAN NOT tell specific times the music will be played So Please do not ask. DJ's may promise to play a song during their show but CAN NOT give certain times and dates. !!Disclaimer!! WFLM & VMU Does Not make music availible for downloading!!
